Individuals who park at the Metrolink Station or in the Cucamonga
Canyon area do so at their own risk. Please lock your vehicle. Rancho Cucamonga
shall not be liable for any risk, or loss of, or damage to, properties of
individuals, including vehicles or the contents therein, which may result from
the use of parking services or facilities. No bailment is intended or created.
Parking is by permit only. Printed parking permits shall be placed on the
driver's side dashboard and shall be visible at all times. Permits are not
transferable to another party and are valid only on the vehicles to which it is
assigned. All parked vehicles shall display a valid permit. Vehicles parked
without valid permits will be cited or towed at the owner's expense.
Rancho Cucamonga Police Department will have a list of authorized permits and valid vehicle license numbers.
Daily Permits are valid during the posted enforcement hours of the
permit's valid date(s). Vehicles in violation are subject to citation and possible immobilization of illegally parked vehicles.
